Bill laid in his hospital bed flat and calm. He was still unconscious he had been going in and out of it since he was brought to the hospital. His hair hung around his face no longer full of volume like it had been when he was brought there and his makeup was long gone. His parents sat in chairs next to his bed. His mother held his hand up to her cheek letting her tears fall onto it. The room was completely quiet except for a heart monitor. Everything was calm in the room but in Bill's mind it was not. He had slipped back into his Nightmare but thanks to medications he could not scream or move.

'TOM!!" he yelled in his dream doing his best to push through the crowd that surrounded his fallen brother. After a lot of hard work and pushing and screaming he made it to his brother. He lay in a heap on the ground and cut on his head was bleeding. Bill bent down and pulled him up in his arms. "Tomi!" he said gently shaking him. "TOMI! Can you hear me?!?!".

Tom's eyelids slowly opened and he stared up and he smiled back at Bill. He then slowly began to fade away in Bill's arms. Bill stared back down in shock and tightened his grip around Tom trying to get him to stay. "TOM PLEASE DON'T GO!!!! Please stay with me! You can't go!" he sobbed. It did not help and Tom completely vanished along with everyone around Bill and before he knew it he was alone in a dark room with gray walls. He sat in the middle and sobbed uncontrollably as a evil laugh played in the background, the same he heard in his room.

Back in the real world. In the parking lot Gustav was about to go back inside but he was stopped by Georg who pointed to a figure that was running toward them but it was not just a figure It was Tom.

"WHERE IS HE!" Tom shouted at them. "WHERE IS MY BROTHER!"

Georg and Gustav ran toward him. "TOM!" yelled Gustav "How did you get home so fast?!?" When they got closer the site of Tom made both Georg and Gustav gasp. Tears completely stained his face, bags hung over his eyes and his dreadlocks were all tangled together. He never got like this.

"Where is he? BRING ME TO HIM NOW" demanded Tom who was shaking in fear, he had been since he got on the plane in London.

Georg grabbed him by the shoulders. "We can't, He is a immediate family only section of the hospital."

Tom pulled away from Georg and began running toward the hospitals doors. "Well incase you forgot me and Bill are Twins so I think that makes me immediate family." He ran to the door and stepped in side but was again stopped by Georg and Gustav.

"Look" said Gustav "There are camera's and people all over in there I don't think it is a good idea that you go in there all wild up like this you might embarrass yourself."

Tom know Gustav was right and backed away from the door and slid to the ground on his knee's and began crying. Georg and Gustav went over to his side. "he lied, why did he lie?" asked Tom in between sobs. "Did you know about this, did he act like everything was alright around you?"

Georg and Gustav nodded their heads. Tom continued "I knew I should not have left! I never should have left him alone.". Tom began sobbing into his knee's. Georg and Gustav could tell that Tom felt that this whole thing was his own fault. Gustav knelt beside him. "Look stop blaming yourself for this it's not your fault."

"I really wish I could believe that" said Tom as he got up and headed inside the hospital. Georg and Gustav followed him and kept trying to tell him this was not his fault but he just ignored them all he cared about right now was getting to Bill. He went over to the front desk and began asking the attendant about his brother. "Excuse me but i'm trying to get information about my brother Bill Kaulitz I was wondering if it would be possible to see him?"

"I'm sorry but your brother is about to have another test done we just went to get your parents." said the attendant.

"What type of test?"

"MRI"

"WHAT!!! Can I please stay with him he probably is terrified!"

"no i'm sorry only doctors can be in the room while the test is being done anyway he most likely is asleep."

Tom heard his mother and father coming down the hall and ran to them.

"Tom!" said his mother giving him a hug. "Thank Gott your here!"

"Did you see him?" Tom asked both his parents nodded there heads. "Well did he say anything?"

"He has been asleep since he got here." said his step father. "So no we did not talk to him."

"Why are they giving him the MRI?" Tom had so many questions.

"Why don't we sit down and talk sweetie."said his mother pulling him into the waiting room. They sat in chair next to Georg and Gustav and his mother and step father began filling them in on the latest from the doctors.

"The tests they give him before were all sent back fine so now they are really stumped and want to do further testing."

"What type of test's did he have done before?" asked Tom.

"The basics, x-ray and others." said his mother.

Tom sat back in his chair and turned and looked at Georg who was eating a bag of chips. He quickly swiped the bag out of Georg's hand and stole one out of the bag and handed back. "Thanks" he said before giving the bag back.

"y..our welcome" said Georg not really understanding what happen.

Tom turned and look at Gustav.

"Don't even think about it." said Gustav

Tom leaned back but then got up and started pacing around the room. "What is taking so long when can I see my brother!"

His stepmother got up put her hands on his shoulders. "Maybe you should go run home and get a few things for Bill so you don't have to sit around here and get all upset."

Tom nodded and motioned for Georg and Gustav to follow. Tom's step father handed him the keys to his car since none of the 3 boys had there own with them.

When the 3 got outside Tom through Georg the keys saying "One of you will have to drive I can't my hands are so shaky."

Georg nodded. It took them 5 minutes to find where Gordon had parked. When they did and were all settled in the car Georg turned on the radio and of course it was all talk about Bill. They turned the dial trying to find and station that was not talking about Bill or playing the song Spring Nicht. "You think David would have been able to get this straighten out by now." said Gustav.

Tom who sat in the back while Georg and Gustav sat in the front did not say a word on the way home while Gustav and Georg complained about what the radio was saying. Tom just stared out the window watching the trees. He was also deep in thought trying to think back to the what had happen with Bill trying to think if maybe there was something that he should have noticed that could be the reason Bill was in the hospital. Nothing.

It took them about 45 minutes to get home but when they got back to the house Tom did not say a word and quickly ran up to Bill's room only to find that the door had been removed.

"The Paramedics had to do it, It was in the way." he heard Georg say behind him.

Tom ignored him and made his way into the room grabbing a bag and filling it with clothes and a few other things that he thought Bill might like. He was trying to get Bill's ibook in the bag when he noticed the pants he had given Bill laying in the corner of the room. He went over and picked them up remembering their conversation that day and how Bill had told him that boys don't where skirts. He laughed as he replayed it in his mind. Then he remembered. The day on the tour bus the morning after Bill's nightmare. He quickly ran downstairs and bolted out the door. Both Georg and Gustav were in the car when he got in there. "Drive!" yelled Tom as if he were in a action movie trying to get away from the enemy. "I think I know whats making Bill sick."

"What?" asked Gustav from the front.

"The morning on the tour bus after he had the nightmare he came to me saying his head was hurting. I checked to see if he had hit it and found this awful bump on the back of his neck
I think it might have been a bug bite."

Gustav and Georg look at each hoping one of them was able to make sense of what Tom just said.

"He is allergic to some bug bites!!!!" said Tom

"Come to think of it I caught him putting ice on the back of his neck one mourning not to long ago." said Gustav

"Yeah and I noticed he kept putting his hand on it in the recording studio." said Georg

There was a moment of silence before all 3 realizing they had possibly solved the mystery of Bill's illness. "Oh mein Gott" all 3 shouted. "How could we not have noticed." said Gustav "How come you didn't say anything."

"Just....I don't know." Tom felt completely guilty now. "Just drive!!"

Gustav floored it and they were at the hospital in no time when they arrived Tom ran directly for the front desk in the waiting room. Georg and Gustav followed. "Please stop the MR.I!" ordered Tom to the receptionist. "There something important you need to know."

"and what is that Mr. Kaulitz?" asked the receptionist.

Tom, Georg, and Gustav let her know about the bug bite on Bill and she called the doctor and told them to come into the waiting room right away. When they did Tom had to explain it all over again.

"Why didn't you say something about this before?" asked the doctor.

"Because.....Because.........I just forgot ok do you realize how stressful this is for me." Tom sunk down in a chair. "When can I see my brother?"

"Now." said the doctor and Tom's eyes lit up. "Show us where the bug bite is."

They lead Tom up to Bill's room and Tom almost fainted when he saw him. He was asleep but he didn't look peaceful he looked worse then he did when he saw his picture online. The Doctor motioned for Tom to follow as they headed over to the bed.

The doctors rolled Bill to one side and Tom watched. When Bill was on one side Tom moved his hair away from his neck to reveal a small nasty looking bite surround by red. Tom gasped and backed away to shocked to look at it. "It has gotten so much more worse since the last time I saw it." said Tom to a doctor. The Doctor put his finger on it and Bill flinched in pain and Tom saw this and ran to his side. "Bill its ok." he said. "i'm here"

"Tomi?" whimpered Bill "They are hurting me Tomi. Why are they hurting me?"

Tom began to get angry with what the doctors were doing.

"Well you see it now leave it alone!"

The doctors nodded and put Bill back the way he was when they came. Tom had to leave the room while they put him on antibiotics for it.

"We will see how he does with this if the big bite is whats causing everything like you said then he should be able to leave tomorrow afternoon or night." said one of the doctors to Tom.

"Can I stay with him tonight? Please?" begged Tom

The doctors let him and after about 5 minutes and nurse let him back in the room.

Tom pulled a chair and sat next to a sleeping Bill. He put Bill's hand in his and just stared at him as tears fell down his cheeks again. "Please get through this Bill, please I need you" He looked up at the clock it was so late and he was so tired. He yawned before laying his head down next to Bill on the bed before he fell asleep he whispered "I'm sorry."
